We have all seen painted hand saws, so I decided to try burning one instead. Its now one of my favorite projects for wood burning!
To make a hand saw, I use the clearest pine I can find–the less grain the better. As a pattern, I use my father’s old saw that was lying around my shop.
Most woodworkers have a hand saw somewhere in the shop. Just trace around it, and leave a little extra wood on the bottom for teeth.
